Exams & Cleanings

The American Dental Association recommends that patients get their teeth professionally cleaned every six months. At Alton Implant Center & Dentistry we provide the deep cleanings you need to keep plaque and tartar at bay. Each cleaning also comes with an exam from an expert dentist, to check for cavities and other oral health problems.

Crowns (Caps)
REPAIR DAMAGED, BROKEN TEETH
Crowns are an excellent way of repairing damaged, broken, or heavily decayed teeth. Often, a tooth that could not support a filling can still be saved by covering it with a crown or cap. This crown or cap protects the tooth from further damage, prevents you from experiencing pain when the tooth is touched, and allows you to use the tooth normally.
Dentures
FOR MISSING TEETH
Dentures are a very traditional treatment for missing teeth. At Alton Implant Center & Dentistry, we can help you replace several teeth or all of your teeth using partial dentures or complete dentures. We will make sure you get a high-quality denture that will be comfortable and allow you to eat and speak normally.
Fixed Bridges
FOR MISSING TOOTH
If you are missing a tooth (or several teeth in a row) a fixed bridge can provide a replacement. This will prevent other teeth from shifting into the gap left by the missing teeth and also prevent your face from looking prematurely aged due to the missing teeth. In order to get a fixed bridge, you must have two healthy teeth to attach the appliance to.
Dental X-Rays
FOR DENTAL CARE
Dental X-rays are a crucial part of good preventative dental care, because they enable your dentist to check for various dental problems such as decay, abscesses, bone loss, and tumors and provide the necessary attention at an early stage. We take full mouth and bitewing dental x-rays at our offices.
